On the first floor you will find the open layout kitchen, dining room, living room, game room, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. . The indoor dining area offers a dining table that seats 10 people comfortably. The dining area also features a set of sliding doors giving direct access to the pool, tiki and lounge area. The livingroom offers 2 couches and a big flat screen TV which is a great place to catch your favorite shows or movies, or a comfy spot for the kids to gather before bedtime. The game room has a pool table and is an ideal place to get everyone together for a little late night competition. There is also a sliding door from the game room that walks out directly to the pool and patio area.
